School Rumble: Ichigakki Hoshū was the first OAV of the series which consists of 2 episodes. This OAV was like an extension of the first season of School Rumble. It shows a sneak peak behind the scenes of some episodes from the season 1, scenes we didn’t see from the previous series and School Rumble goes to prehistoric time with the special participation of the Mammoth and the characters as a cavemen and cavewomen.
The OAV will give you stomachache because of laughing to its silly and funny episodes. By the way, Kobayashi Jin did the narration of the OAV. I recommend this OAV to all the people who love School Rumble but if you are just planning to start watching School Rumble you must watch and finished the first season before watching the OAV.
